Niche Media Holdings, LLC. was founded in 1998 by Jason Binn who prior to 1993 had co-founded the magazine titled Ocean Drive. In 2006, Niche Media joined the Greenspun Media Group (or GMG) to become one of the largest networks of exclusive city-specific and custom publishing companies in the country.
