The Warnaco Group, Inc. is an American fashion corporation based out of New York City which was founded in 1874. The company originally designed, manufactured, and sold corsets to retailers. Since then, Warnaco has evolved into a global apparel leader which designs, sources, markets, licenses and distributes a broad line of intimate apparel, sportswear and swimwear worldwide. The company owns several brands, such as Warner's, Olga, part of Calvin Klein, Speedo and Anne Cole.
