Iselin Steiro

Model

Born in Harstad, NO

Norwegian blonde beauty Iselin Steiro is a model known for her blue eyes and perfect lips.  Born in Harstad, Norway on September 15, 1986, Steiro was discovered at age 13 when she was out Christmas shopping in London. Steiro’s first appearance was in September 2003 on the runways of Prada, Calvin Klein, and Donna Karan.  Her career, however, did not take off until 2005, when she was featured on the Italian covers of D Magazine and Flair, in editorials for W and Harper’s Bazaar, and in ad campaigns for various labels including Jill Stuart and Hugo Boss.  In February 2006, Steiro shocked the fashion industry; she opened for Calvin Klein, a post held by Natalia Vodianova the previous seven occasions.  Soon after, Steiro bombarded the industry yet again.  She worked with top photographers like Steven Meisel and David Sims for Vogue editorials, Valentino ads, and more.  After these whirlwind shoots and runway appearances, Steiro decided to take a break from modeling and enrolled at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design in 2007.  By 2008 Steiro returned and it seemed like she had never left.  She posed for Mulberry and Missoni and walked for Costume National and Chanel.  Over the years, she has been the face of many designer labels, most recently Lanvin and Versace.  Without a doubt, the world cannot get enough of this Norwegian, even when she tries to leave.
