Heidi Mount, birth name Heidi Whitworth, was born on April 6, 1987 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She got discovered at an early age of 12 years-old, while she was attending a concert with her mother and sister. Her career began in 2003, when she signed with Ford Models. In early 2007, Heidi took a break to marry boyfriend, Shawn Mount. Later that year, she returned to the industry, signing on with IMG Models. Mount has worked with the industry’s most noted fashion photographers: Mario Sorrenti, Mario Testino, Craig McDean, Greg Kadel, Hedi Slimane and Horst Diekgerdes. On the runway, Mount has walked for every prominent designer from Yohji Yamamato to Alexander McQueen, and Chanel to Christian Lacroix. Off the runway, she has been involved in various campaigns: Frankie Morello, Armani Jeans, Dolce & Gabbana and in 2009, she replaced Claudia Schiffer as the face of Chanel.
