Fashion designer Matthew Williamson, is originally from Manchester, England. Williamson began his career after college with two years of experience apprenticing for Marni. In 2005, he launched his own perfume line. Then in 2006, he took over as Creative Director at Emilio Pucci. In 2007, an exhibition dedicated to Williamson titled, “Matthew Williamson—10 years in Fashion” was held at the Design Museum in London. Three years later, he created a collection for men and women at H&M. Today, the fashion house produces four critically acclaimed womenswear collections.
