Cynthia Rowley is a fashion designer who launched her business in the early 1980s.  Several months later, Rowley held a fashion show in her New York apartment. In attendance was every top fashion editor in New York as well as Andy Warhol.In 1994, the Council of Fashion Designers of America honored Rowley with the Perry Ellis Award for New Fashion Talent. Rowley’s collection has grown beyond women’s wear into accessories, beauty, baby, bicycles, active wear, menswear, eyewear, umbrellas, shoes, leather goods and fragrances.  Her collection is sold nationally in upscale department stores such as Bergdorf Goodman, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Rowley’s work has been featured in every major magazine including Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue Paris, and W.
