Irina Lazareanu is a model, fashion icon, musician, activist, and former flame of both Sean Lennon and Pete Doherty. Dubbed by some as a “bad girl”, this dark-haired beauty has been a muse for both Karl Lagerfeld and Nicolas Ghesquiere. Lazareanu was born on June 8, 1982 and was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. In 1995, she moved to London to attend the Royal Academy of Arts for ballet. Two years later, she met rocker Pete Doherty and started her on-and-off romance with him. In 1999, she signed with the modeling agency Giovanni, but did not appear on the runway until 2004, when she walked for Anne Valerie Hash and Chanel.
