Since then, Ward has been the face of Hermés, Valentino, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, and Jil Sander, to name a few. In addition, she’s walked the runways for Marc Jacobs, Bartley, Chanel, Lanvin, Chloe, John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Carolina Herrera, and Oscar de la Renta. In 2008, Forbes named her one of the world’s highest-paid supermodels. Through the success of her modeling career, Ward was able to pursue acting. She had roles in two movies in 2008: The Black Balloon and The Strangers. She also starred in John Mayer’s music video, “Daughters.”
