Sasha Pivovarova is a model who was discovered by her friend and photographer Igor Vishnyakov, who handed some of her photographs to IMG Models. In February 2005, Pivovarova debuted for Prada by opening the show. The fashion house signed her to an exclusive three-year advertising contract making Pivovarova one of the longest running Prada exclusives. Since then, Pivovarova has been in several campaigns for brands such as Giorgio Armani and Gap as well as the covers of Vogue Australia, Vogue Italia, and i-D.
