American model, Brooklyn Decker was born on April 12th 1987 in Kettering, Ohio. Decker’s family relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina and it was there that she began her modeling career for Mauri Simone, a popular prom dress designer. In 2003, Decker won the Model of the Year award at the Connections Model and Talent Convention, Decker was just 16. Decker went on to model for brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Gap and landed editorials with publications including Glamour and Teen Vogue. In 2005, After turning 18 Decker moved to New York City and auditioned for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, a decision that would change her life. Decker landed the gig and has since appeared in the magazines 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 swimsuit editions, and in 2010 it was announced that Brooklyn Decker would appear on the cover of the edition. Throughout her career, Sports Illustrated has continued to be an asset for Decker's image- giving her publicity and recognition as a successful swimsuit model. Decker has also made television appearances and recently collaborated with Elle on a series of fitness videos. In 2009, Brooklyn Decker broke hearts all over the world when she married tennis pro, Andy Roddick.
