Model, Coco Rocha was discovered at an Celtic dance competition in 2002 at the age of 14 by agent Charles Stuart. In 2004, Rocha began to pursue modeling as a career and signed with Supreme Model Management. Rocha’s big break came when Steven Meisel shot Rocha in an editorial alongside established supermodels Gemma Ward and Amanda Moore. In 2006, Rocha made her international runway debut by opening for Christian Lacroix. In March of 2007, Rocha opened and closed Jean Paul Gaultier’s show by dancing an Irish move down the runway, impressing those in the industry. Since then, Rocha has appeared in dozens of editorials and magazine covers for publications such as Vogue, Numéro, Dazed & Confused and W and brands such as Balenciaga and Chanel.
