Alice Gibb didn't think she had what it took to walk the high-fashion runways. In an effort to support a friend who wanted to model, Gibb joined her on agency go-sees for moral support. However, it was Gibb who was discovered on one of these calls, and she was quickly  signed to Premier Model Management. Since then, Gibb has modelled for renowned fashion designers such as D&G, Christopher Kane, Jil Sander and Burberry, to name a few.
