Abbey Lee Kershaw was born on June 12th, 1987 in Melbourne, Australia. In 2004, Kershaw had her big break in the modeling world when she won the Girlfriend CoverGirl Model search. Abbey began to model her last year of high school and upon graduating moved to Sydney for a year to model full-time. After Syndey, Abbey moved to New York where she currently resides in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg. In 2008, Abbey made her runway debut walking for Gucci. Since being discovered, Kershaw has been on numerous covers including V, Numéro, W, Vogue Australia, Vogue Japan , i-D, and Dazed & Confused. Kershaw has appeared in numerous ad campaigns for brands such as H&M, Chanel, Mulberry, cK Calvin Klein, and is currently the face of Gucci’s fragrance, Flora.
