Francisco Costa is the acclaimed creative director of womens wear  for Calvin Klein. Costa comes with an impressive resume; he's worked for over 15 years in the industry as a designer for luxury houses such as Oscar de la Renta and Gucci. The post at Calvin Klein was a shift for the designer, who was used to toiling behind the scenes. However, since taking over the womens wear division, he's garnered tremendous crictical success, winning the Council of Fashion Designers of America's award for best womenswear designer in 2006. Costa is knowns for his complex and architectural sensibilites, yet he's managed to successfully fuse it with Calvin Klein's signature minimalism. His collections are often credited as thoughtful and luxurious.
